College of Technology and Engineering secured national rank among top 25 in Atal Ranking of Institutes on Innovation Achievement (ARIIA-2021)


 

New Delhi : Results announced on 29th December 2021 by MHRD’s Innovation Cell, AICTE and in the presence of Hon’ble Minister of State for education, Dr. Subhas Sarkar, Ministry of  education, Government of India.
 
New Delhi Out of total of 3551 HEIs registered, 1438 institutions (including all IITs, NITs, IISc, etc.) participated CTAE is the only institute from Rajasthan which secured a rank and got place in the category of   Colleges/Institutes (Govt. & Govt. Aided) (Technical) "Band Performer” among top 25 in the country.

All the submitted applications   under ARIIA-2021   were subjected to multiple stages of screening, validation evaluation as per the ARIIA framework and guideline developed by the evaluation committee.
 
Based on the score and range developed for the parameters and sub-parameters and category wise score , rank is  prepared for Top-performing technical and non-technical HEIs .
 
The major markers attained by CTAE were the Innovation infrastructure and support in creating an innovative culture with entrepreneurship development among students. There were more than 27 innovations done, six IPRs applied and five startups bloomed under the umbrella of NewGen IEDC, CTAE in last two years. 
 
The college is also  supporting students to attend various events organized by national institutes and organizing awareness workshops and events by the faculty of the college which helped the college in securing the prestigious award.

Honble vice chancellor Dr. Narendra Singh ji  Rathore and Dean CTAE, Dr. P.K.Singh has congratulated all the  staff and faculty members for this achievement and  expected that this prestigious award will  further strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in  the college and university at large .
