The launch has been executed under its strategic collaboration with Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, following successful trial runs at a large integrated hospital facility operated by Jeena Sikho in the region.

This development represents the first operational rollout of Chandan Healthcare’s exclusive five-year strategic partnership with Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited. Under the agreement, Chandan Healthcare has been appointed as the exclusive diagnostic partner for all existing and upcoming Jeena Sikho hospitals and clinics across India. The Punjab launch serves as the starting point of this long-term collaboration, with diagnostic services set to be progressively introduced across additional Jeena Sikho facilities nationwide.

Diagnostic Operations Begin at Integrated Hospital Facility

The Punjab operations have been initiated at the Dera Bassi facility, which forms part of HiiMS Panchkula, a modern integrated hospital with over 100 beds. The facility is known for its holistic healthcare model, combining Ayurvedic treatments with contemporary medical practices.

The hospital is expected to generate steady captive diagnostic volumes for Chandan Healthcare across both inpatient and outpatient services, supporting predictable growth while strengthening the Company’s institutional diagnostics portfolio.

Further Expansion Planned in Lucknow

In parallel with its Punjab entry, Chandan Healthcare is preparing to commence diagnostic operations at Jeena Sikho’s hospital in Lucknow later this month.
