EmpowerHER25 Summit Drives Tech-Led Growth for Women

Pune (Maharashtra) [India], December 22: SHELeadsIndia successfully concluded EmpowerHER25, a MarTech and AI-focused summit, at The Orchid, bringing together over 300 women entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders from across sectors. The day-long programme centred on scalable growth, digital adoption, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship in a rapidly evolving business environment.

The summit opened with a keynote address by Sujata Biswas and Taniya Biswas, Co-Founders of Suta, who emphasised the role of ecosystem-led support in helping women entrepreneurs navigate early and growth-stage challenges. They highlighted that in a digital-first economy, access to the right tools, guidance, and communities can significantly influence entrepreneurial outcomes, enabling women to scale impact-driven businesses with confidence.

EmpowerHER25 featured a series of expert-led masterclasses designed to deliver practical and actionable insights. Soumya Kalluri, Founder of Dwij, led a session on bootstrapped growth, sharing strategies for building resilient businesses with limited resources. Annada Ranade, Founder Director of HR Neeti Pvt Ltd, conducted a masterclass on building sustainable growth systems, stressing the importance of simplification, process orientation, and consistency in founder-led organisations.

A dedicated session on women in technology entrepreneurship was led by Manjula Nair, Founder and CEO of Creative Bharat, who addressed opportunities and systemic challenges faced by women building technology-led ventures in India.

The panel discussion titled “Profit. Purpose. Power. The New-Age Playbook for Women Entrepreneurs” explored how women-led enterprises are increasingly embedding social impact into their core business models. Panellists Snehal R Singh, Priyanka K Gupta, and Amita Deshpande noted that businesses aligned with a clear purpose often build stronger stakeholder trust, with profitability and impact reinforcing one another.

Another panel, “Amplify, Automate, Accelerate – Growth Tools for the Modern Founder,” focused on the role of MarTech and AI in driving efficiency and informed decision-making. Panellists Rujuta Jagtap, Saundarya Kaushal, and Tanul Mishra discussed how early adoption of the right digital tools helps founders reduce manual workloads and redirect energy towards strategic growth.
