Praveg Signs Strategic Inventory Pact with Mahindra Holidays

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], December 30: Praveg Limited has announced the execution of a strategic inventory agreement with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) for its upcoming premium island hospitality project, Praveg Atoll, Lakshadweep – Thinnakkara, which is expected to commence operations shortly.

The agreement, signed for a period of three years, marks a significant milestone in Praveg Limited’s expansion into India’s highly exclusive island tourism segment. Under the terms of the arrangement, MHRIL will secure an inventory of 25 rooms on a floating basis at Praveg Atoll – Thinnakkara, enabling structured access for its large and loyal holiday member base.

Praveg Atoll – Thinnakkara has been conceptualised as a premium experiential resort that blends sustainability, comfort, and immersive natural surroundings. The inventory agreement is expected to enhance occupancy visibility and revenue predictability as the property transitions into operational status, while also strengthening its market positioning from the outset.
