Hyderabad’s MEGA ResoFAST Talent Exam Unveiled

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], November 22: The Resonance Group—comprising Resonance Junior Colleges and Resonance Schools—formally unveiled MEGA ResoFAST, Hyderabad’s biggest Talent Encouragement Exam, at a distinguished ceremony held in the city. The event was graced by Sri J.D. Lakshminarayana Garu, a former IPS officer and widely respected public figure, whose presence added exceptional credibility and inspiration to the launch.

A City-Wide Academic Initiative with Purpose

The introduction of MEGA ResoFAST marks the beginning of a large-scale educational effort aimed at identifying and empowering young academic talent across Hyderabad. Envisioned as more than a traditional scholarship test, the initiative is designed to evaluate conceptual clarity, reward merit, and guide students toward long-term academic and competitive excellence.

Scheduled for 14 December 2025 across 50+ centres, the exam is open to students from Grades 5 to 11. It has been structured to assess proficiency in core subjects, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving—offering families a data-driven roadmap of student preparedness and growth areas.

₹100 Crore Scholarship Pool to Support Merit

One of the most ambitious elements of MEGA ResoFAST is its ₹100 Crore scholarship pool, making it one of the largest merit-based support programmes in the region. Top performers will receive 100% fee waivers in select flagship courses, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder academic potential. Additionally, 100 tablets will be awarded to high-ranking achievers, enabling greater access to digital learning resources.

During the launch ceremony, Sri J.D. Lakshminarayana Garu highlighted the transformative value of such initiatives. He remarked:
