Supreme Power Equipment Posts Strong H1 FY26 Growth

Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], November 17: Supreme Power Equipment Limited (NSE: SUPREMEPWR), a leading manufacturer of power and distribution transformers, has announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the first half of FY26, reporting strong growth across key financial and operational indicators. The company continues to reinforce its market position through diversified orders, new product introductions, and expansion into emerging industry segments.

Robust Financial Performance

During H1 FY26, the company recorded a consolidated total income of ₹75.36 crore, reflecting a 28.58% year-on-year increase. Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹14.27 crore, up 18.63% YoY, while net profit surged 31.98% YoY to ₹9.41 crore, supported by improved operational efficiencies. The consolidated EPS for the period was ₹3.76, marking a 31.93% YoY rise.

On a standalone basis, Supreme Power Equipment achieved total income of ₹81.63 crore, representing a 43.87% YoY growth. Standalone EBITDA increased 29.12% YoY to ₹13.49 crore, and profit after tax remained at ₹9.41 crore, with EPS at ₹3.76.

Growing Order Book and Market Diversification

The company secured 14 major domestic orders during the first half of FY26, aggregating to ₹175.61 crore. These orders came from diverse sectors, including utilities, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers. Notably, Supreme expanded its presence into Telangana and made a significant entry into the steel sector, marking new strategic milestones.

During the period, the company introduced new-capacity power transformers, including 20 MVA (66/11 kV) and advanced 110/33–11 kV units, enhancing its product portfolio in line with evolving industry requirements.

Key Operational Highlights

• TANTRANSCO Order (₹4.15 Cr): Supply of a 50 MVA, 110/33 kV power transformer, reinforcing relationships with state utilities.

• TNPDCL Project (₹4.48 Cr): Manufacturing and supply of distribution transformers through Danya Electric, expanding the distribution segment footprint.

• Kerala Steel Plant Order (₹2.55 Cr): Supply of a 31.5 MVA, 110/22 kV transformer, marking entry into the steel industry.

• KSEBL Order (₹15.25 Cr): Supply of five 25 MVA, 110/22 kV transformers, strengthening the company’s presence in Kerala.

• Renewable Energy Project (₹9.03 Cr): Supply of 55 MVA and 85 MVA transformers for a leading solar project developer.

• Karnataka Power Company (₹10.02 Cr): Delivery of 20 MVA transformers in new capacities, enhancing technical capabilities.

• Karnataka EPC Order (₹4.34 Cr): Supply of seven power and distribution transformers for turnkey projects.
